Surreal Estate: Michelle Rhee puts D.C. pad on the market

Details: Last week, the former D.C. school chancellor listed her 1913 Victorian (five-bedroom, three-bath, two fireplaces) in the 16th Street Heights neighborhood— she’s asking just $20,000 more than she paid for it in 2007, as first noted by City Paper. In January, Rhee moved her Students First organization to Sacramento, where she’s engaged to Mayor Kevin Johnson. The couple told us last weekend they’ll wed “sometime” later this year.
