Good news (kinda) for Fred Willard: L.A. prosecutors said Friday that he won’t face jail time after his arrest for lewd conduct
if he enrolls in a “pre-filing diversion program,” which costs about $380. Bad news: They said he was arrested on a similar charge in 1990. Willard’s attorney told the Los Angeles Times that the actor, 72, did nothing wrong inside the adult theater last week and intends to clear his name.
