You’ll be glad to hear Willie Nelson has gotten out from under that west Texas marijuana charge. His lawyer told CNN the legend took a plea deal that reduces possession charges — stemming from a Border Patrol bust on his tour bus last fall — to a drug paraphernalia charge. He just needs to pay $500 and stay outta trouble for 30 days, and it’s gone from his record. The negotiations made national news in March when the prosecutor joked he’d make it go away if Willie sang “Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain” in court; the judge, though, countered that a star would get no special treatment.
