Bryan Voltaggio and Mike Isabella get all the spotlight for their much-praised restaurants, but, hey — that’s why they call them “celebrity chefs.” Turns out that enterprises (Voltaggio’s Range and his three Frederick restaurant; Isabella’s Graffiato) were launched by the same entrepreneur, Hilda Staples. An Iranian-born former Hill staffer and publicist, Staples got restless after a few months of staying home with her twins and decided to open a little restaurant.
