Hollywood will once again stop traffic in D.C. Sunday: City officials announced they will shut down Teddy Roosevelt Bridge for two brief periods — from 8:20 to 9:10 a.m., and from 1 to 1:30 p.m. — for the filming of a movie. If the project’s title, “Freezer Burn,” sounds less than thrilling — well, duh, a bit of Googling will tell you it’s the code name linked to the big “Captain America” sequel. We’re told not to expect any stars (Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson) hanging around the bridge, but it’s possible they’ll surface when the film crew returns to town on several occasions over the next month.
