More problems for Chris Brown. This time, it’s the monsters on his Hollywood Hills house. Neighbors say the murals are scaring their children. “It’s like devils on the wall — big, scary eyes and big, scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to,” neighbor Patti Negri told the Los Angeles Times. City officials cited the singer for “excessive signage” and ordered him to get rid of the art within 30 days. But Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, said that’s not going to happen. “I’m scared of neighborhood busybodies like this,” he said, promising a legal fight — despite the fact most murals on private property are illegal. “They are trying to suspend the First Amendment.”
