Chris Brown on his court-ordered community service

“Community service, that [expletive] is a [expletive]. I’ll be honest – and you can quote me on that — that is a [expletive] there. . . As far as, like, the 1,000 extra hours they gave me, that’s totally fricking bananas.”

 

– Chris Brown complaining to the Guardian newspaper about how the mean old judge is making him redo his time picking up garbage and scrubbing graffiti, etc., after prosecutors alleged that his original stint in his native Virginia was marred by lousy record-keeping and instances when he couldn’t possibly have done the work credited to him. The do-over deal kept the pop star from going to jail or having his probation revoked for beating up ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009, but Brown doesn’t see it that way: “That’s not a compromise!. . .
