Married: Rep. Joaquin Castro and Anna Flores, Saturday in San Antonio. The 39-year-old Castro — twin brother of San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro — and his gorgeous girlfriend tied the knot in a family-only civil ceremony; they’re planning a big Catholic wedding next summer. Why two weddings? The couple are expecting their first child (a daughter) next month.  “Anna and I have had an eventful and very blessed year,” Castro said in a statement released by his office. “We are excited to embark on our journey together as a family.” The two dated for three years; he proposed this past summer.
