“Game Change” — the book about the 2008 election that became an HBO movie and snagged Julianne Moore an Emmy — has a sequel. “Double Down” authors John Heilemann and Mark Halperin appeared on the “Today” show Monday, and said people told them that they would never find out what went on during Obama’s debate prep at Hofstra…but then they found out.
