Retirement appears to suit George W. Bush, who sat down with Jay Leno on Tuesday night to share the highlights of his post-presidential life. “You look much more relaxed,” Leno told him. “No kidding.. . .Duh!” Bush answered, cracking himself up. Things we learned: He loves being a grandfather, named his cat Bob “so I can remember how to spell it when I got older,” and has really gotten into painting, telling his art teacher “there’s a Rembrandt trapped in this body.” Bush presented a pretty good portrait of Leno to Leno — a nifty way to preempt some of those late-night jokes.
