Hey isn’t that… Rocker slash actor Lenny Kravitz at the Medal of Honor ceremony held at the White House on Tuesday. Kravitz, sporting his signature too-cool-for-school shades and tiny gold hoop earrings, was at the East Room ceremony because his uncle and namesake, Private First Class Leonard M. Kravitz, was being honored for his role in saving his entire platoon during the Korean War.
According to our colleague Juliet Eilperin, Obama described the younger Mr. Kravitz as “a kid from New York who grew up to become one of the great rock stars of all time and who honors his uncle here today.”
