Hey isn’t that … Seattle Seahawks and Super Bowl champ Richard Sherman at the new steak hot spot STK?( Say that five times fast.) After the team’s visit to the White House on Wednesday, Sherman was spotted at the chic new restaurant just south of Dupont Circle with a group of seven friends that evening.

Sherman, who’s famous for his post-win sideline “rant,” was all smiles on Wednesday, we’re told. Our tipster said fun times were had by all, and that there were absolutely “no shenanigans or crazy rants” in the building. A laughing Sherman did swipe a few bites from his friends’ plates. STK, which has been open for less than a month, has already played host to a growing list of pro athletes.

This is Sherman’s second trip inside the Beltway in less than a month. The cornerback was the Huffington Post’s guest at the 100th annual White House Correspondents Association dinner. During a pre-dinner reception, Sherman’s girlfriend told us she was disappointed that she wouldn’t be back for the White House ceremony celebrating the Super Bowl winners. “We were there, too,” she joked.
