When it comes to the sex of her baby, a pregnant Chelsea Clinton, who’s due in the fall, isn’t leaning toward a traditional blue or pink nursery. But when it comes to the next generation’s party affiliation, the soon-to-be-mom is pretty certain which card her kid will carry.

At  Town & Country magazine’s first annual philanthropy summit in New York on Wednesday, editor Jay Fielden asked Clinton, who said she planned to foster her child’s independent opinions, “What if you have a Republican?”

Chelsea answered, “I would find that very hard to believe,” according to Page Six.
