The Philadelphia Eagles cut Jackson in late March after conflicts with head coach Chip Kelly. Later rumors that Jackson, who grew up in Los Angeles, had “gang connections” popped up on NJ.com. Jackson, who on Sunday raised funds for the Far Southeast Family Strengthening Collaborative, has denied ever being affiliated with a gang.
