Free advice to Herman Cain

Politico asks what many operatives, pundits and voters are thinking: “Is Herman Cain serious?” He won’t reveal his advisers. He’s baffled by foreign policy questions. He has little on-the-ground organization in early states. How can he show he’s a viable contender?
