Paul Ryan explains capitalism

Mitt Romney has now come around to a campaign based on extolling and supporting free markets. Take a look at how Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) does it at a free market think tank in Wisconsin on Friday:

It is for this reason — Ryan’s ability to reinforce and expound upon the theme Romney is choosing for his campaign (and would be the basis for his governing agenda) — that many conservatives think Ryan would be the ideal pick for VP. Certainly, he can do the spade work of public education and policy development from the House (or from, say, the Office of Management and Budget). But he would have a far bigger impact (on Romney, for starters) if he were on the ticket.
