Maryland Terrapins slip to No. 3 behind UConn and Creighton in men’s soccer coaches’ poll

The Maryland Terrapins remained unbeaten through last week’s matches, but a draw at unranked Seton Hall dropped them out of the top slot in the men’s soccer coaches’ poll.

Maryland (8-0-1) garnered three of 23 first-place votes and fell to No. 3 behind Connecticut (8-0-0) and Creighton (8-0-0). The Terps will host No. 12 Charlotte (7-1-0) tonight and Creighton on Friday night.

In the region, Georgetown (5-1-2) rose six slots to No. 17 and Old Dominion (4-1-0) dropped five places to No. 20 after losing to George Mason, which received votes and is 30th.

In the women’s poll,
