*With a Under-20 World Cup berth at stake, the United States faces the host team, Guatemala ,in a CONCACAF quarterfinal tonight (10 p.m. ET, ESPN Deportes, ESPN3.com). Also tonight, Honduras plays Panama, and with a victory, would create an opportunity for Najar to play in the U-20 World Cup in July/August in Colombia. Last night, Costa Rica routed Cuba, 6-1, and Mexico defeated Canada, 3-0, to secure passage.
