Manchester United will face Inter Milan on July 29 at FedEx Field as part of the second International Champions Cup, an eight-team preseason tournament for some of European soccer’s biggest names. Kickoff is at 7 p.m. on Fox Sports 1.

United last visited Washington in 2011 for a friendly against FC Barcelona in front of 81,807 at the Redskins’ stadium. Inter is owned by Erick Thohir, D.C. United’s primary investor.

Both clubs are struggling this season: Man U, which has finished first or second in the Premier League for eight consecutive seasons, is in seventh place with 12 matches remaining and in danger of its worst finish in 23 years. The Red Devils have advanced to the UEFA Champions League round of 16 but were ousted in the third round of the FA Cup. Inter is fifth in Serie A but 24 points behind first-place Juventus.
