In its first MLS playoff match in five years, D.C. United settled for a 1-1 draw with the New York Red Bulls at RFK Stadium. Each club scored on an own goal, and United's Chris Pontius missed a penalty kick. Game 2 is Wednesday in New Jersey.
D.C. United's Dwayne De Rosario has been upgraded to questionable on the club's injury report, a sign that he might play in the Eastern Conference finals -- should United defeat the New York Red Bulls.
