Where to watch President Obama on TV on Monday

Before he addresses the American people in a speech on Tuesday, Obama will hit the major broadcast and cable stations to discuss the military options for Syria. Here’s where he’ll show up on Monday:

6 p.m. “Special Report with Bret Baier” (Fox News Channel), for a sit-down interview with Chris Wallace.

6 p.m. “The Situation Room With Wolf Blitzer” (CNN), for a sit-down interview with Wolf Blitzer.

7 p.m. “PBS NewsHour” (PBS), for a sit-down interview with Gwen Ifill. He will also give interviews to ABC, NBC and CBS to air on Monday night.

Then, at 9 p.m., Charlie Rose will interview Syrian president Bashar al-Assad on a special “Charlie Rose” on PBS. Taped at the Presidential Palace in Damascus on Sunday, this is Assad’s first interview with an American television outlet in almost two years.
