Will Smith’s epic dance with Jimmy Fallon wins best inaugural ‘Tonight Show’ guest bit

There’s always a lot of pressure on the first guest of a new “Tonight Show” era.

Four shirtless men carried Will Ferrell in on a throne in 2009 when he appeared on the inaugural episode of “The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien.” In 1992, Billy Crystal sang a song for Jay Leno’s first night hosting the show.

So how did Jimmy Fallon’s official first guest, Will Smith, measure up?

Let’s just say he easily outdid both of them, joining Fallon for an “Evolution of Hip Hop Dancing” spectacular. The audience went crazy.
