The best and only ‘Drunk in Love’ cover you will ever need

Kanye, Weeknd, T.I. — y’all can go home. There’s yet another new “Drunk in Love” cover out there, and it is definitively, undeniably the best there ever was.

This version’s called “Dunkin Love,” and in it, actor Adrian Anchondo and friend Reggie White rewrite Beyonce’s lyrics as a love song to everyone’s (?) favorite mass coffee chain. This concept does not sound funny or clever until you watch the video, so trust me on this one.

There are, for the record, at least a dozen major covers of this song, and an unnumbered avalanche of YouTube parodies. While none of them can match Beyonce’s vocals, it’s amazing how much the song improves when Jay-Z’s awkward, word-inventing verse gets cut out. And, you know … when you add donuts.
