Maryland will host Florida State in its home finale next Saturday at noon, the ACC announced via its website.
The 10th-ranked Seminoles’ visit Byrd Stadium will be televised on ESPNU.
The Terps have lost four straight, including a 45-10 blowout at Clemson on Saturday, Maryland’s worst loss since its 2009 season-opener.
In a position to clinch the Atlantic Division, Florida State narrowly escaped another road disappointment with a 28-22 win at Virginia Tech on Thursday. The Seminoles, at 9-1 and 6-1 in the ACC, boast the nation’s top-ranked defense, which certainly doesn’t bode well for a struggling Maryland attack that doomed itself with three early turnovers against the Tigers.
The Terps finish the season at North Carolina on Nov. 24. The start time for that should be announced — or deferred to the six-day option — on Monday.
