According to an athletics press release, coaches and players will be on hand to sign autographs. There’s also a silent auction, raffle items and cash bar.
Video footage will be provided of each Maryland recruit, as well as analysis by a coach. The program’s spring enrollees, including junior college all-American wide receiver Deon Long, offensive lineman Silvano Altimirano and four-star athlete Will Likely, will also be in attendance.
Maryland final recruiting class before its Big Ten move is currently ranked 33rd nationally, according to the 247sports.com composite rankings, but is not in the ESPN top 40. The Terps have oral commitments from, among others, highly touted offensive lineman Derwin Gray (Friendship) and Elite 11 quarterback Shane Cockerille (Gilman).They also remain in the mix for four-star offensive tackle Na’Ty Rodgers (McDonough) and local linebacker Yannick Ngakoue, Gray’s teammate at Friendship.
