The Maryland football team has been given noon kickoff times for its homecoming game vs. Iowa on Oct. 18, as well as for its game at Wisconsin on Oct. 25, the Big Ten has announced.
The games will be broadcast on either ESPN, ABC or the Big Ten Network. Television assignments, the league said, will be scheduled either 12 or six days prior to the matchup.
The Terrapins have never before played the Hawkeyes, who finished 8-5 last season and reached the Outback Bowl. Iowa comes to town after Maryland’s first bye week, kicking off a tough three-game stretch that includes consecutive contests at Wisconsin and Penn State.
The Badgers, who went 9-4 in 2013 and reached the Capital One Bowl, have also never met the Terps.
