Good morning.

If you are south of Lorton and planning on heading north on I-95, think again. A fatal tractor-trailer accident and fire closed the northbound interstate for hours early this morning and has led to major backups . Keep an eye on Dr. Gridlock for more updates.

Sign of the times: I once knew a woman whose skills with grocery coupons led her to pay almost nothing for groceries for her family of four. Someone like her is teaching others this art, and at no charge, No coupon required.

Young entrepreneurs are making their presence felt in the Washington area, Capital Business reports, with a series of stories on the new capitalists who have an idea and the wherewithal to put it into action.
