Another day, another questionable city superlative: Washington, D.C. is the third rudest city in the union, according to a recent piece by Travel + Leisure.
((Bill O'Leary/Post) - WASHINGTON POST)
We’ll allow it. Washington is many things; “laid back” is not one of them. And at least Washington’s wonky aggressiveness takes a back seat to mouthier locales New York and Miami.
(And, in case you were wondering, the nicest city according to T+L is Nashville. Whatever.)
Take this similarly unscientific poll. We’ve listed cities in order of T+L-ordained rudeness in the poll below, starting with NYC. Which city is home to the rudest denizens? Let us know with a vote, and sound off in the comments below. Craziest stories will be featured in a future blog post.
