In what has to be one of the most worthwhile FOIA requests ever, the intrepid journalists at DCist have done some heavy digging in the city’s database of 4,382 personalized license plates.
As Martin Austermuhle put it, “all you need is $100 and a great idea that can fit in seven characters.”
Some personal favorites:“BIGSEXY,” “LUSCIOUS,” “HUGLIFE,” “XPLRMUS,” and “OOOOOOO.”
