The Rocky Balboa of Virginia. State Sen. Chuck Colgan (D), 85, has revived his popular 2007 campaign theme that featured Rocky and the famous run up the steps.

Good Ship St. Mary’s. Students at St. Mary’s College who were moved off campus while mold is cleared from their dorms have a another residence. They’ll stay temporarily on a private cruise ship docked on St. Mary’s River.
