Metro’s radio system is plagued with dead zones and other problems, according to a transit police union.

Frostburg State student killed. Police say one female at the western Maryland college stabbed another near an off-campus home.

Hip-hop, from street to pulpit. Howard University Divinity School’s 95th annual alumni convocation focused on how hip-hop music can keep the church relevant to a younger generation.

Monster storms and the bay. Officials are fearing for the future of the Chesapeake Bay as bad weather pushes more and more sediment into regional waterways.

Woman intrudes in the nude. A Frederick family was shocked when a woman walked into their house, locked herself in a bathroom, and came out stark naked.
