Cherry blossoms in bloom at Nationals Park. (Michael Temchine - FOR THE WASHINGTON POST)
Baseball is back in the District! The Nationals began the season on the road, but Washington is back in D.C. to open Nationals Park at 1:05 p.m. Thursday against the Cincinnati Reds.

So, what are you doing to welcome baseball back to Washington? We want you to share your Opening Day experience with us.

[Keep up with the Nats: Nationals Journal | D.C. Sports Bog ]

Here’s what to do: Send us a photo using the the popular iPhone app Instagram by including the hashtag #NatsOpeningDay in your photo caption. Or tweet @washingtonpost what you’re doing to celebrate — like a Ferris Bueller escape from work to the ballpark.

We’ll share the best on the site for a fun scrapbook of the Nats home opener by and for readers. Check it out below.
