(Mark Gail - THE WASHINGTON POST)
Since three people affiliated with the Occupy DC movement were struck during a protest Friday evening, the group has taken pains to document what they say really happened.
Police say the protesters jumped in front of a car, the driver of which was released without a citation. But protesters maintain that the driver sped up to deliberately hit demonstrators. And now, Occupy DC protesters say they can prove it. The group will hold a press conference and possible march to police headquarters at 12:15 p.m. Monday. Washington Post reporter Tim Craig will be tweeting.
