D.C. delivers when it comes to ballpark beers, but for the main culinary event, Oriole Park may have the edge on Nationals Stadium with a locally inspired menu “dredged in Old Bay and soaked in Natty Boh,” reports the Baltimore Sun.
The drool-worthy offerings include Polock Johnny’s sausage, Old Bay wings, beer-battered soft-shell crab and Chop House steak and egg sandwiches. Orioles execs tested the new menu this week, and Baltimore fans will get their chance to overindulge in just two weeks. (Opening Day is April 4.)
Traditional fare will still be available, but it’s hard to imagine ordering a regular hot dog when you can bite into one topped with smoked pit beef, pepperoni hash stewed tomatoes and crispy onions.
