Vintage views of Washington on Pinterest

It seems locals can’t get enough of old photos of Washington today.

Prince of Petworth featured the “Streets of Washington” blog run by John DeFerrari, an author of preservationist nonfiction. The top post on D.C.’s Reddit page is an old photo of the National Cathedral. And now, allow me to throw The Washington Post’s “Washington in black and white” Pinterest page into the fray:
