Washingtology: 5 favorite D.C. spots

Thinking like a D.C. insider can be challenging, even ... puzzling.

So Kathleen Donahue, owner of Labyrinth Games & Puzzles near Eastern Market, should be a good person to talk to about the best D.C. has to offer. Cultural Tourism DC, now celebrating the opening of Lift Every Voice: Georgia Ave./Pleasant Plains Heritage Trail, did just that, asking for her five favorite places.

Eastern Market tops her list. She says the historic market is the most fun on weekends when the surrounding streets become a huge flea market.
