Washingtology: Five favorite D.C. spots

The new week is full of opportunities, including a way to think like a D.C. insider.

Each week, Cultural Tourism DC asks prominent Washingtonians to list their favorite places or events. This week, NBC4 President and General Manager Jackie Bradford shares her list.


(Sarah L. Voisin - The Washington Post) Capital Bikeshare is among Bradford’s favorites. Bradford recommends picking up a bike at Eastern Market and biking along Independence Ave. to the Georgetown Harbor as the best way to see all the monuments while biking downhill.
