Washington rainbow pictures: A sight for weary, commuting eyes

A double rainbow appeared over Washington on Wednesday as commuters and protesters made their way home.

The swath of color graced skies after a line of rain showers and thunderstorms passed through D.C. Twitter users armed with camera phones documented the sight.
