In case last weekend’s snowfall and October’s taste of “A Very Bieber Christmas” weren’t enough to get you in the holiday spirit, here’s yet another sign of the season: The online lottery for the National Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony opens this morning.

You have from at 10 a.m. Thursday until 9:59 a.m. Monday to enter your name to win one of 3,000 tickets for seats or one of 14,000 standing-room tickets.

The lighting ceremony will be held on Dec. 1 on the Ellipse.

Performers for this year’s event haven’t been announced yet, but the National Park Foundation promises “an all star line-up.”

Last year’s event included performances by B.B. King and Maroon 5. Do we dare dream of a Justin Bieber Christmas miracle?

Sign up for the lottery at www.nationaltree.org. Tickets will be mailed to winners by Nov. 14.
