Election 2011 Fix prediction contest

at 02:16 PM ET, 11/08/2011

If it’s an election day that means it’s time for a Fix prediction contest. You guess the results in a handful of the most hotly-contested votes and we give the winner an official Fix t-shirt. It’s just that simple.

So, in the comments section below, offer your predictions — with percentages! — on the following races:

* Ohio’s Issue 2 ballot measure. (A “yes” vote is to keep Senate bill banning collective bargaining in place; a “no” vote is to repeal it.)

* Mississippi’s “personhood” amendment. (A “yes” vote is to say a fertilized egg is a person.)

* Kentucky Governor’s race.

The Fixista closest to the mark in all three contests combined wins the t-shirt. Any prediction made outside of the comments section will not be eligible to win. Nor will any prediction made after 6 pm eastern time.

For those wondering, here are the poll closing times (all times eastern) and good links to monitor election results in a handful of states. And, don’t forget, we will be live-blogging tonight’s results right here on the Fix. Stay tuned!
