The “Saturday Night Live” version of the first presidential debate

You knew it was coming — the “Saturday Night Live” take on what happened to President Obama during the first presidential debate last Wednesday.

According to the sketch comedy show, it was a combination of forgetting the First Lady’s anniversary gift and — you guessed it! — the altitude.
