Jay Leno on Lance Armstrong and Congress (video)

NBC's Jay Leno offered his thoughts Thursday about where cyclist Lance Armstrong -- who has admitted to using performance-enhancing drugs -- might find work next.

"The guy's a liar, a cheat, hypocrite, a fraud. Where's he going to find work? Okay, besides Congress. I mean, besides Congress, there are not a lot of options," Leno said in his "Tonight Show" monologue.
