‘The Daily Show’ on the GOP’s embrace of immigration reform (video)

With Republican lawmakers joining Democrats in the renewed push for comprehensive immigration reform, Comedy Central's Jon Stewart looked back Tuesday at the harder line stance some leading Republicans adopted on the issue not too long ago.

"Your wife has a dressage horse named amnesty," Stewart joked on "The Daily Show" after a clip of a heated 2011 GOP presidential debate exchange about immigration between Mitt Romney (R) and Texas Gov. Rick Perry (R).
