The Fix’s search for best state-based political blogs continues!

Since we put out a call earlier this week for your nominations for the best political blog(s) in each of the 50 states, we have been deluged with suggestions.

Blogging. It's that easy.

As of this morning, more than 1,000 nominations had been submitted -- and that's not including the hundreds more that have come in via our Twitter hashtag #fixblogs. That is awesome! Thank you.

But, we're not there yet!  While some states -- California, we are looking at you -- have churned out massive numbers of blog nominations, others still have only one blog nominated and a handful, gasp, have not nominated a single blog.

To quote The Dude: "This will not stand. This aggression will not stand, man."

We need all 50 states -- not 45 states. So, below you'll find the states where only a single blog or no blog at all has been nominated. If you know of a blog or blogs in one of the states listed below, fill out the nomination form or tweet the name to #fixblogs.

States with ZERO blogs nominated: Delaware, North Dakota, South Carolina, Tennessee, Wyoming. (Sidenote: South Carolina, are you kidding? After we named you the most politically interesting state in the country? Embarrassing.)

States with just ONE blog nominated: Arkansas, DC, New Mexico, Vermont
