Why the budget conference committee probably won’t do anything

Don't expect the budget conference committee on Capitol Hill to accomplish all that much. Why? Because there is no ax hanging over their head to compel action.

"If there's a deal and I doubt there is going to be, it's going to be small," budget expert Stan Collender told Post TV's "In Play" on Wednesday.
