When it's Washington and we are talking budgets. The latest deadline about nothing comes up later this week as Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.) try to hash out a small-bore deal to replace some of the sequester spending.  Budget expert Stan Collender -- a.k.a. @thebudgetguy -- explains why this deadline means almost nothing in this Post TV clip.
