There are 281 days between now and the November midterm elections. Can't wait?  Well, there will be three dozen elections -- either presidential or legislative -- around the world in between now and then. That should tide you over.

This great chart -- courtesy of Lisa Mahapatra at the International Business Times -- shows all 51 elections set to happen this year, from Bangladesh (Jan. 5) through New Zealand in December.
