Wondering if Scott Brown is serious about running in New Hampshire? This picture will clear it up.

Not taking Scott Brown, the former Massachusetts Senator, seriously when  he (and national Republicans) say he is going to run for Senate in the Granite State? This front page of the New Hampshire Union-Leader should clear that up.

Yes, that's Brown -- shirtless -- taking part in the Penguin Plunge on Sunday.  Brown isn't mentioned at all in the story but the photo of him -- again, shirtless -- is captioned this way: "Former Mass. U.S. senator Scott Brown, a longtime summer resident of Rye, joined the Buckley's Frozen Seamen team during Sunday's 15th annual Penguin Plunge to benefit Special Olympics New Hampshire." The key five words: "Longtime summer resident of Rye (N.H)".

This photo -- and Brown's participation in the event -- is the latest sign that Brown seems set on running for the Senate against Jeanne Shaheen (D) this November.
