Move over, Joe Biden: Vice President Selina Meyer is back at the big(ish) desk.

HBO's White House comedy "Veep" kicks off its third season Sunday, complete with all the laughs and gaffes expected from Meyer, a fictional Maryland Senator-turned-disillusioned-VP, played by Emmy Award-winning actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus.
