Monday was a bad day for New York Rep. Michael Grimm. He was indicted on 20(!) counts relating to a health food restaurant he owned and ran prior to being elected to Congress in 2010.
Following that ordeal, Grimm held a press to conference to -- natch -- declare his innocence. Said Grimm: “We’re going to fight tooth and nail until we’re exonerated. I have a lot more service and leadership to provide this country."
Of course, the crowd in attendance to hear Grimm's assertion of his innocence was mostly reporters (and there were lots of them).

But there was one man -- an unidentified supporter -- who gave a hug to Grimm. By the looks of the photo above, the Congressman really appreciated it.
